Made of sponge fabric and designed to fit the anatomy of the arm and shoulder. It provides immobilization of the shoulder and upper arm in abduction. The band that wraps around the chest area enhances stabilization. The Velcro on the front offers ease of use.

- Shoulder dislocations and subluxations
- In rotator cuff muscle tears
- In humerus (upper arm bone) and scapula (shoulder blade) fractures
- In soft tissue injuries of the shoulder and arm
